Initial Phone Call This is your opportunity to share your vision for your project and learn about options for integrating these into your tallit or chuppah. This call will allow me to prepare ideas and materials for your Design Session.
Design Session Your design session may be in person, by telephone or via Zoom. Typically, this will last 1-1.5 hours. Options to customize your tallit include any or all of the following:
· Fabric and overall design
· Attarah (neckband) Text
· Embroidery/ Design Motif
· Corner details
· Intentions
· Bag and Lining
· Incorporating meaningful textiles from your family (wedding gown, family tallit etc.)
Lead time The ideal lead time is 6-9 months. Exceptions may be possible based on my current project schedule. Each tallit or chuppah requires dedicated time and attention and may require additional time to locate specialized fabrics. For Bar/Bat Mitzvah tallitot, it is recommended to integrate the tallit design process with the process of studying and preparing for the service.
Working with heirloom fabrics; It is an honor to work with your family fabrics. To ensure the best result, please ship fabrics that have been laundered or dry cleaned. If shipping a wedding gown that has been preserved, please remove the gown from all of the packing materials. If possible, to reduce the bulk for shipping please snip the tulle (petticoat netting) carefully from under the skirt. Pricing is determined by the intricacy of design, digitizing and materials incorporated.
For custom projects, full payment is due at the time of the design session.

Shipping and Returns

Cost for shipping will be calculated based on size and weight of package, originating from Needham, MA
Unless otherwise noted all shipping will be via US Postal Service. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is accepted by the USPS. Insurance for shipping can be added at additional cost.
For custom projects and items with added customization
Because of the nature of these items, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
For items without customization
Returns and Refunds are not possible.
Exchanges Please contact me within: 5 days of delivery and Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
